VoiSistant — Terms of Use

VoiSistant is a macOS application by TrendsLab that provides voice dictation, translation, AI chat, and text-to-speech. By downloading, installing, or using VoiSistant, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VoiSistant, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscription Terms

VoiSistant offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.

  • Monthly: $6.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $59.99 USD per year
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
3. Free Tier

VoiSistant offers a free tier that includes Dictation mode. Pro features (Chat, Consultant, Transcribe, Quick Reply, exports, and extended history) require an active subscription.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party AI and speech providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure, OpenRouter). You are responsible for:

  • Providing your own API keys for these services.
  • Reviewing and accepting their terms of service.
  • Any costs incurred from using these services.
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VoiSistant for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
  • Redistribute or resell the app or its features.
6. Intellectual Property

VoiSistant and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TrendsLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoiSistant is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendsLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VoiSistant.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TrendsLab operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
